OUR GUIDES
All Mountain Guides working for us are IFMGA qualified. IFMGA stands for International Federation of Mountain Guides Associations and is the highest level of qualification a mountain guide can achieve
CAIN OLSEN:
Cain Olsen - IFMGA Mountain Guide & Founder I was born in England and since the age of 10 grew up on a farm in Northern Tuscany with my family. I am an IFMGA Mountain Guide and with 20 years of guiding experience and a degree in sports science, I have matured an inclination for coaching and mental training. I developed greater self-awareness through yoga, meditation and nutrition and now I can share this journey with you integrating physical preparation, correct posture, technical training and risk management in the mountains. I love teaching and guiding my clients on a personal journey towards a psycho-physical enrichment. I speak 3 languages (English, Italian, French).
MASSIMO FALETTI:
Massimo Faletti - IFMGA Mountain Guide Massimo Faletti began skiing and climbing as a child. He worked for 11 years in the mountain rescue division of the Guardia di Finanza and became a mountain guide. During this time, he devoted himself to the discovery of new climbing routes on crags and boulders, discovering places like Val Daone and establishing new routes on the Brenta, Marmolada, Pale di San Martino and Cima d’Asta, always with a focus on the environment and its preservation. In fact, his passion is bouldering (up to 7b), an activity that allows an approach to the rock that is clean and free of compromises. He was the first organizer of the meeting in Val Daone.
Massimo is a confident guide, speaks three languages, and has worked two seasons in New Zealand because he thinks it is important to see how guides in other countries operate, in order to learn and grow. He has participated in the production of mountaineering films and is a mountaineer in the traditional sense of the word. He loves guiding people in the mountains and conveying to them the spirit that has always accompanied him on walls, both large and small, around the world.
GIACOMO LANARO:
Giacomo Lanaro - Rock Climbing Guide When I started climbing, I thought that sooner or later I would get bored that it wouldn't last forever. It has been more than 11 years that climbing has allowed me to have unique experiences, cultivate relationships and discover beautiful places. In 2023 I qualified as a Rock Climbing Guide. Being a professional allows me to transmit this passion with enthusiasm and commitment to the environment.
