A FEW WORDS FROM OUR CLIENTS
"Massimo was a super guide. He assessed our abilities correctly and did not take us on anything that was too difficult for our level. He also gave us an overview of the region and some history which was much appreciated. We would definitely look to working with Mountain Guides Italy again when we are ready for our next adventure. "
Thomas on 'Via Ferrata Dolomites Multi-day trip'
"Now I understand why so many professional cyclists live and train on the Italian Riviera in Winter! To be able to ride in Summer clothing in mid March, while in Northern Europe it is still Winter, is a bonus. And what to say about the sea views, the great rides, the little villages, the espresso, the Ligurian for and wine… Thank you so much, we will be back!"

"Thank you Cain, it was a great trip. Unfortunately, I didn't participate on the ski safety day, but the students and one colleague were very happy. Everyone had a good and learning experience. I expect that we will go to Passo Tonale again next year and would like to use your services again."
Hans on 'Avalanche Awareness Courses'
"Hello Cain, we had a terrific time. Both Giordano and Massimo were great. The day after the afternoon introduction at Passo Tonale, Giordano took us up the Detassis - Vidi route on Corna Rossa. A great route and my son Rowan's first multi-pitch and first trad climb! Thanks for your great service."

"Passo Tonale is a great destination for steep skiing. With our Guide, we skied Canale del Dito (1500m descent) the first day and Canale di Casamadre (1700m descent) on he second day. We really appreciated all the technical advice and professional approach from the Mountain Guides Italy team. "
Giovanni and Francesco on 'Ski Mountaineering Skills Development'
"I am back in Ireland and already missing Italy! I just wanted to drop you a line to thank you and Matt for a really great week. You were both so patient and excellent teachers. I learned a lot in a few days. We were a mixed bunch with a range of abilities and objectives but we were all well catered for and were all impressed with the high standard of instruction we received. Thank you as well....."
Jemima on 'Mountaineering Course'
"Hi Cain! Thank you very much again for unforgettable freeride day! We were hardly able to ride next day because of feeling still tired :) And thanks for the nice photos! May I share them on Facebook to get lots of likes? :)"
Lisa on 'Mountain Biking In the Italian Alps'
"We stayed in Aosta, a delightful city, and our guide took us to a ski tour in a different valley every day. It was so much fun to explore this beautiful part of Italy and to learn about its history, culture and nature. The skiing was awesome, great snow, very few people and astounding views."

"Cain our Guide in Ponte di Legno was a gem - I am aged 52 with confidence issues but he also had my son and nephew aged 24 and 17. He was able to manage the mixed ability group with ease providing effective instruction so that we all improved and enjoyed the day. The views are fantastic and the suspension bridges are awesome. Will be back next year for the Via Ferrata in the Brenta Dolomites."
Peter on 'Via Ferrata Sentiero dei Fiori'
"Cain''s intuition of creating a hut to hut multi-pitch climbing trip in the Brenta Dolomites is a winner. You get to hike on one of the best Via Ferrata trips in the World, branch off it to climb stunning routes on great rock and sample the food and great hospitality of the Italian huts"
